When I need to edit one, I use Camtasia. As for doing a screencast on Sandboxie... I don't use it at the moment, but can learn it. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it runs in Windows 7, so it will be awhile before I can put a screencast on ita together. I use Jing to make most of my quick screencasts.
